Order Information

Purchase Order Requirements

To begin production we will need to confirm all of the following information:

  • Company and Contact Information
  • Product # and Quantity
  • Correct Pricing and Setup Charges
  • Confirmed Shipping Address and Shipping Method
  • Requested Ship Date and In-Hands Date
  • Prepayment
  • Artwork
  • Approved Paper Proof or Product Proof
  • Any Special Instructions
  • Quote # (if order references a quote)

We will acknowledge all orders by email.


Artwork and job order history will be stored in our system for up to 2 years. When submitting a reorder, you must refer to the PO # or Invoice # that the order duplicates. PMS color matching on any reorders will incur additional charges.

Proof Policy

Paper Proofs and virtual proofs are free. Charges for additional proofs or proof revisions are rare but may apply. Production does not begin until we receive proof approval.

Rush Service

Rush service is available. Please contact a customer service representative at 972-735-0397 for availability and cost.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be made prior to production. Please note that production and order processing time may be delayed if proper payment information is not provided upon the submission of a Purchase Order. If payment is made with a company check please note that production will not begin until check is received.

Accepted Credit Cards:

  • Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express

Additional Charges

Set-up Charges:

Refer to individual products for set-up charge. Set-up charges will apply to any new order, spec-sample order, or pre-production sample order. Set-Up charge will not apply to reorders (within 2 years) or any order following a sample order where the set-up has already been paid. If revisions have been made to any artwork after the initial order set-up, a new set-up charge will apply.

Less than Minimum Charge:

$50(G) per product. Less than minimum charges will apply for any item in which the minimum quantity is not ordered.

Exact Quantity Charge:

$50 (G) per product, per design. Exact quantity charges will apply to an order requiring an exact count on product per order.

PMS Color Match Charge:

$30 (G) per nonstandard color. PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Sample Orders

Stock Samples:

  • Stock samples (for purchase) - samples of the product with random artwork. Charged at ìEnd Quantity Priceî plus shipping.
  • Stock samples (to borrow) - charged for shipping only. Samples must be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, you will be charged at EQP.

Spec Samples:

First column price plus setup charge and freight.

Pre-Production Samples:

Must have a Purchase Order for the job. Charged at ìEQPî plus setup charge and freight. If no changes are made from the pre-production sample, there will not be an additional setup charge on the production quantity.

Virtual Samples:

Virtual samples are available at no charge. Please fill out the virtual sample form on our website to request a virtual sample.


Split Shipment Charge: $12 (G) per location. Applies to each additional destination after the first.

Truck Shipment Charge: $12 (net). Orders requiring pallets will incur a truck shipment charge.

Freight Terms:

Shipping and handling will be pre-paid and added to invoice. After initial billing, additional freight charges may occur for incorrect addresses, zip codes or additional carrier charges. All orders should specify an ìIn handsî date to ensure proper delivery method. All orders using third party shipping numbers will incur a $5(net) handling fee.

Freight Claims:

Claims for freight adjustments, damaged products, and delays in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Products should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage or shortage is found, discuss with carrier at the time of delivery for immediate inspection and documentation. Inspection should be made at once in order to file a claim with the carrier. Credit will be issued upon our receipt of paid claim.
